Introduction to Colt Lightning Firestorm

Colt Lightning Firestorm is a slot game developed by Play'n GO, featuring five reels and a payway system designed for engaging gameplay. With betting options ranging from £0.10 to £5.00, players can select their preferred wager for each game round.

Understanding Ways to Win

Wins in Colt Lightning Firestorm are awarded for adjacent symbol combinations according to the paytable and game rules. The game begins payout calculations from the left-most reel, and only the highest win is paid per winning symbol combination. If you achieve multiple wins on different payways during a single round, all winnings are added together, including those from features and bonus games. All payouts are made at the conclusion of a game round.

Game Structure and Payways

This slot is played on a default configuration with five reels and 1,024 fixed payways. During certain features, the number of payways can expand to up to 3,125.

Betting Controls

Bets can be adjusted before each round using the plus and minus buttons to increase or decrease the wager by one step. The bet remains fixed during a game round and cannot be changed until the next round begins.

Symbols and Special Features

  • Wild Symbol: The WILD substitutes for all other symbols except SCATTERS (FIRESTORM SCATTER and FIRE BALL SCATTER) and the HORSESHOE. WILD symbols only appear on reels 2, 3, and 4.
  • Horseshoe Symbol: This symbol appears exclusively on reel 3. When it lands, it triggers the Lightning Blaze feature, creating 3 to 20 random FIRE FRAMES on the reels. Symbols inside these FIRE FRAMES change to one type of animal symbol.

Firestorm Feature and Free Spins

Landing three FIRESTORM SCATTER symbols on reels 2, 3, and 4 activates the FIRESTORM FEATURE. This consists of two consecutive segments: FORTUNE STRIKE and FIRE FREE SPINS.

  • Fortune Strike: Awards an instant prize, which may be 5X, 10X, 30X, 40X, 50X, 100X, or 200X of your total bet.
  • Fire Free Spins: Grants an initial allocation of 8 free spins, with the game grid expanding vertically by one additional position. During this feature, all COLT symbols are converted into FIRE COLT symbols, which award doubled payouts. The HORSESHOE symbol can still appear, activating the Lightning Blaze feature, but in this case, only 1 to 4 FIRE FRAMES will appear and they remain locked for the rest of the free spins session. When the free spins conclude, all FIRE FRAMES on the reels will be transformed into a single type of animal symbol.
  • Extra Free Spins: Each FIRE BALL SCATTER that lands during the FIRE FREE SPINS session awards one extra spin, up to a possible maximum of 46 free spins.
